Welcome to FlowPomo! By downloading, installing, or using the FlowPomo application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Service Description

FlowPomo is a Pomodoro timer application designed to help users manage time and improve focus. Key features include:

• Pomodoro timer
• Focus session recording and statistics
• Dynamic Island and Lock Screen display
• Apple Health data sync
• Calendar event sync
• App blocking feature
• Data export

User Accounts

FlowPomo does not require creating a user account. All data is stored locally on your device. In-app purchases are managed through your Apple ID.

In-App Purchases

FlowPomo Pro

FlowPomo offers premium features through a one-time purchase (FlowPomo Pro), including:

• Calendar sync
• Health data sync
• Focus Guard (app blocking)
• Custom tags
• Data export

Purchase Terms

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• Purchase is a one-time payment with lifetime access
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
• Purchase can be used on all your devices (with the same Apple ID)

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be processed through Apple. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.

Use Restrictions

When using this App, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
• Resell or redistribute the App for commercial purposes

FlowPomo and all its content, features, and designs are our property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

This App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that:
