FlowPomo ("we", "our", or "us") takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the FlowPomo application.

In short: FlowPomo is a privacy-focused app. We do not collect any personally identifiable information, and all your data is stored locally on your device.

Data Collection

Data We Store

FlowPomo stores the following data locally on your device:

• Timer settings (work duration, break duration, cycle count, etc.)
• Focus session records (start time, end time, tags)
• Custom tag information
• App preferences

Data We Do Not Collect

FlowPomo does NOT collect:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• Location data
• Device identifiers
• Any form of usage analytics

Data Usage

The data stored on your device is used solely to:

• Provide core timer functionality
• Display your focus statistics
• Sync data to services you choose
• Export your data to CSV format

Data Sync & Export

Apple Health Sync

If you enable Health Sync, FlowPomo writes your focus time to Apple Health as "Mindful Minutes".

• This feature is optional and off by default
• We only write data; we do not read any of your health information
• Data is stored on your device and iCloud (if you have iCloud Health sync enabled)
• We cannot access your health data

Calendar Sync

If you enable Calendar Sync, FlowPomo adds completed focus sessions to your specified calendar.

• This feature is optional and off by default
• We only create events; we do not read your existing calendar content
• Calendar data is managed by Apple's Calendar app

Data Export

FlowPomo allows you to export your focus session data to CSV format.

• Export includes session date, duration, tags, and completion status
• Exported files are saved locally and can be shared via iOS share sheet
• We do not upload or transmit your exported data to any server

Third-Party Services

FlowPomo uses the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: For app distribution and in-app purchase processing
• Apple HealthKit: For optional health data sync
• Apple EventKit: For optional calendar sync

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Data Security

Your data is securely stored on your iOS device, protected by iOS system-level encryption. We do not maintain any external servers to store your personal data.

Children's Privacy

FlowPomo is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can at any time:

• Export your data to CSV format (FlowPomo Pro)
• Delete all data by uninstalling the app
• Disable Health Sync or Calendar Sync in settings
• Revoke app permissions in iOS Settings

Policy Changes

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Significant changes will be notified within the app.
